By accessing, registering on, or using the pkr500 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

pkr500 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond pkr500's reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time. pkr500 will endeavour to notify players of planned downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.

pkr500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The account is subject to an active fraud or money laundering investigation.
• Age or identity verification has not been satisfactorily completed within the required timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• pkr500 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.

Upon closure of your account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending investigations will be returned to you via the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to completion of identity verification. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure.
